Place was clean, elegant and the staff was helpful, the pool amazing

The view, environment

I loved the look of the hotel from the front entrance, the smell throughout the public areas via the air conditioning. staff were friendly and accommodating. our room was superb although I feel the bathroom could be updated a little. air conditioning was good. pool was lovely and we enjoyed cocktails and a chicken Caesar salad.

The room was perfect for 4 coworkers in town for a tradeshow. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect. Ivy was able to take care of our needs every time we needed something via text which was great!

Coming from England I had some of the nicest and amazing staff I’ve ever experienced. From calling the phone before my booking to how they treated me when I got to the Hotel, I had a great experience.
